SMS Text Messaging Terms

SAMI AI, LLC SMS Service

The SAMI AI, LLC SMS Service provides text message communications including demo scheduling, product information, service updates, and follow-ups regarding your inquiry to users who have opted in to receive such messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining

To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to team@getsami.ai.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Compliance

Service Pricing

Our pricing structure consists of the following components:

• Platform Management Fee: Starting from $195/month for Agents and $395/month for Builders, varies based on lead volume
• Per Lead Fee: $2.99 per lead
• One-time Activation Fee: Based on lead volume
  • $495 for 100-999 leads
  • $995 for 1000+ leads

Cancellation & Refunds

• Client must provide 30 days written notice to cancel.
• Refunds are only provided if no calls, texts, or actions have been made on leads during the current billing cycle.

Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") outline the general rules and guidelines for participating in the SAMI AI Affiliate Program ("Program").

By participating in the Program, you agree to follow these Terms, in addition to the full Affiliate Agreement provided upon signup.

Participation

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information during signup
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent partners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of SAMI AI.

You may not:

• Represent yourself as SAMI AI
• Enter into agreements on behalf of SAMI AI
• Make binding commitments or guarantees

Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote SAMI AI in a professional and ethical manner.

You may NOT:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
• Misrepresent SAMI AI's services or capabilities
• Use spam, unsolicited outreach, or deceptive tactics
• Impersonate SAMI AI or create confusion around your affiliation
• Bid on SAMI AI branded keywords without approval

All marketing must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required.

Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links.

Attribution is determined based on our tracking systems. SAMI AI is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to:

• Improper link usage
• Technical issues outside our control
• Modifications to tracking links

All tracking decisions are final.

Commissions

Commission eligibility is based on valid referrals who become paying customers in good standing.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or deny commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Adjust commission structures with notice
• Withhold commissions tied to suspicious or invalid activity

Full commission details are outlined in the Affiliate Agreement.

Prohibited Activities

The following will result in removal from the Program and potential forfeiture of commissions:

• Self-referrals or fake accounts
• Fraudulent, incentivized, or low-quality leads
• Attempts to manipulate tracking or payouts
• Any activity that harms the SAMI AI brand

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• You must stop all promotion immediately
• You may lose eligibility for unpaid commissions tied to violations

Intellectual Property

All SAMI AI branding, content, and materials remain our property.

You may only use approved materials and may not:

• Modify branding or messaging in a misleading way
• Create assets that appear to be official SAMI AI properties

Disclaimer

The Program is provided "as is" without guarantees of performance or earnings.

We do not guarantee:

• Conversion rates
• Customer retention
• Affiliate earnings

Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept any changes.
