Ro Malik is a real estate and technology entrepreneur with over 20+ years of experience designing, operating, and scaling sales and buyer-engagement systems within residential real estate.
A licensed real estate professional and team leader, Ro has built and managed multi-agent organizations, overseen complex lead pipelines, and operated through multiple market cycles. His career spans frontline production, organizational leadership, and systems architecture blending deep domain expertise with a strong understanding of process, data, and scalable infrastructure.
Over the course of his career, Ro has led high-volume inside sales and follow-up operations responsible for engaging large-scale inbound demand, giving him firsthand insight into the structural limitations of traditional, human-driven sales models. That experience informed the creation of SAMI AI.
At SAMI, Ro leads sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, translating real-world operational challenges into Voice AI built as sales infrastructure, not surface-level software. His focus is on helping agents and homebuilders engage buyers with speed, consistency, and intelligence without increasing headcount or operational complexity. Outside of his professional work, Ro supports organizations dedicated to protecting and uplifting children, including Child Rescue Coalition, Veterans For Child Rescue, and Open Heart Magic.

J. Anthony Cambece
Co-Founder, SAMI AI
J. Anthony is a technical entrepreneur and systems architect with a specialized focus on designing, automating, and scaling lead conversion infrastructure within the real estate industry.
As the founder of a dedicated ISA agency, J. Anthony has built and managed human-powered sales organizations, overseen high-volume prospecting operations, and engineered the technical ecosystems that support them. His background bridges the gap between operational management and software engineering, blending a practical command of sales workflows with a deep understanding of API integrations, CRM architecture, and voice automation.
Over the course of his career, J. Anthony has engineered the backend systems responsible for processing extensive lead flow, giving him firsthand insight into the efficiency gaps inherent in traditional, human-dependent growth models. That experience drove the technical development of SAMI AI.
At SAMI, J. Anthony leads product, engineering, and technical strategy, translating the nuances of human dialogue into Voice AI built as a scalable business asset. His focus is on ensuring that the technology doesn't just function, but performs with the intuition and reliability of a top-tier ISA, removing the variables of human fatigue and turnover from the growth equation.

Joshua Fox
Head of Client Success, SAMI AI
Joshua Fox serves as the Head of Client Success at SAMI AI, where he leads the design, implementation, and optimization of systems that support scalability, and operational excellence. In this role, he focuses on developing people, strengthening processes, and building sustainable structures that allow teams to perform at a high level without burnout.
Prior to joining SAMI, Joshua spent nearly 4 years at Conversion Monster, where he played a key leadership role in team development, operational strategy, and performance improvement. His work centered on building and refining Inside Sales Agent systems, training programs, and leadership frameworks that helped teams improve consistency, accountability, and results across multiple markets.
Joshua brings over two decades of leadership experience across high-responsibility environments, including 21 years of service in the United States Army, with 12 years in infantry leadership roles and 9 years in recruiting. Throughout his career, he has specialized in coaching, communication, and operational clarity, and is known for his ability to identify gaps, develop people, and align systems with organizational vision. His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined execution, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Megan Hanley

Megan Hanley brings over a decade of experience leading real estate operations, client support, and performance-driven execution across high-volume sales environments.
Her background spans frontline inside sales, operational leadership, and executive-level oversight, giving her a rare, end-to-end understanding of how lead systems, agents, and processes must align to drive consistent conversion. Over the course of her career, Megan has designed and managed operational frameworks supporting large-scale inbound demand, agent accountability, and client experience at scale.

She works closely across teams to translate complex processes into clear, repeatable execution bridging technology, operations, and end users.

Based in Buffalo, New York, Ryan supports SAMI AI clients nationwide and plays a key role in the company's go-to-market execution.

Dibyajyoti Datta

Dibyajyoti Datta builds and optimizes AI-driven automation at SAMI AI, specializing in Voice AI systems and end-to-end AI workflow integrations that support real-world operational demands. In his role, Dibyajyoti works closely with internal teams and platform integrations to design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI workflows that ensure reliable performance across high-volume environments.
His work focuses on connecting Voice AI, data pipelines, and automation layers to deliver seamless, production-ready solutions. With 3 years of hands-on experience, Dibyajyoti brings a practical, execution-focused approach to AI implementation. He is deeply focused on making AI workflows resilient, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes—ensuring that SAMI AI solutions perform consistently in live customer environments.
